AeroXpert Group is an international aviation accident investigation and safety advisory group. It helps organisations prepare for, respond to and learn from aviation accidents and serious incidents. The group brings together independent expert advisory, accident investigation, forensic visualisation, safety communication and specialist aviation media.
Who leads AeroXpert Group?
The group is led by Dr. Thomas M. Friesacher, MSc, founder and principal expert. He is a former airline captain with more than 25 years of operational experience at a European major airline, an aviation accident investigator, and a sworn and court-certified expert in Austria. He holds an MSc in Safety and Accident Investigation and a PhD from Cranfield University.
Where does the group work from?
International group management, coordination and headquarters services are provided by AeroXpert Visuals International L.L.C-FZ, headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. European operations are supported from Vienna, Austria. The network extends across airlines, safety investigation authorities, manufacturers and aviation specialists in Europe, North America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Each instruction begins with a conflict-of-interest assessment and is conducted with strict professional discretion. AeroXpert Group does not accept instructions from opposing parties in the same matter.
