AeroXpert Group is an umbrella brand for separately incorporated companies. International group management is described on this website as being provided by AeroXpert Visuals International L.L.C-FZ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with European operations supported from Vienna. For this website, AeroXpert Visuals GmbH is the controller of personal data. Enquiries submitted through this site may be forwarded to the relevant operating company in the group.
2. What we collect
We process the following categories of data:
- Enquiry data from the contact form: first name, last name, organisation, email address, telephone number, the company or service area you selected, and the content of your message.
- Technical data that is created when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, date and time of access, and pages viewed. This is stored in server logs for security and operation of the site.
- Cookie and analytics data if you consent. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-YCRBWQK4FP) to understand how the site is used. These scripts are loaded only after you accept statistics cookies in the consent banner. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
- Google reCAPTCHA on the enquiry form, to distinguish people from automated submissions. Google may process device and usage data for this purpose.
- WhatsApp if you choose the WhatsApp contact option. That conversation is processed by WhatsApp / Meta under their own terms. We only receive the messages you send us.
3. Why we process data (legal bases)
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps / contract): to receive professional enquiries, route them to the correct company, and respond.
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests): to operate, secure and improve the website, prevent abuse, and keep records of professional correspondence.
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent): for non-essential cookies and Google Analytics. You can withdraw consent at any time via the consent banner.
We do not use this website to send marketing newsletters.
4. Recipients
Personal data may be shared with:
- The AeroXpert operating company that is responsible for your enquiry.
- Our website hosting provider.
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Analytics and reCAPTCHA), where those services are used.
- Professional advisers or authorities where we are legally required to do so.
Google may transfer data to the United States. Google participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Where a transfer is not covered by an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses are used.
5. Retention
- Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and to meet commercial and legal record-keeping duties, then deleted or anonymised.
- Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations.
- Analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics property settings and is collected only after consent.
6. Cookies
Essential cookies are required for the site and the consent banner to work. Statistics cookies are used only if you opt in. You can change your choice at any time. See the Cookie Policy for the current list of cookies and services.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

8. No Data Protection Officer
AeroXpert Visuals GmbH is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under Art. 37 GDPR.
